Information Technology Project Management

In IT Project Management I had to troubleshoot a project for a company called Medical Informatics. They were in the process of creating an application for analyzing patient data when the project went off-track. I analyzed the project's current progress using Schedule Variance and Cost Variance then devised a plan to complete the project on time and within the initially allocated budget. This involved using Microsoft Projects to create a new work breakdown structure, re-allocate resources, and manage the critical path.
